I am Lisandra Fumero Ordaz. Behind every haircut, every color and every transformation at Aleliz Salon, you will find me: my hands, my heart and all my dedication.
For as long as I can remember, hairdressing has been my passion. I trained as a cosmetologist in my beloved Cuba. When I arrived in Miami, I decided to start again, with the same love but new challenges. I studied again, continued training and today I am a cosmetologist in the state of Florida. Every step took effort and a deep conviction: this is my place in the world.
For me, being a stylist is more than a job. It is creating, listening, accompanying and transforming. Every client brings a story, a wish, an emotion. It is a privilege to share that moment in her life. It moves me to know that, through my work, I can make small but important dreams come true.
My specialty is personalization. I love studying every face, hair texture and lifestyle, and designing something unique. I love haircuts with character, colors enhancing natural beauty and treatments bringing hair back to life. I am a Ybera Paris technician, and work with professional products for visible, healthy and lasting results.
My clients are mainly women aged 18 to 60 and beyond: real, strong, sensitive, dreaming women who want to look good and feel good. At Aleliz Salon, I offer more than beauty services: a space to relax, talk, laugh and simply be yourself.
My family is my foundation. They encourage me to improve every day and inspire me to give my best personally and professionally. What I learn in the salon comes home with me, and what I experience at home gives me energy to continue growing as a woman and professional.
