1. Scope and contact

This website presents the services, work, blog and selected products of Aleliz Salon, operated by Lisandra Fumero Ordaz in Miami. These terms describe website use and appointment requests. Contact details appear at the end of this page.

2. Appointment requests and confirmation

The form opens WhatsApp with a prepared request; it does not automatically book an appointment or guarantee a time slot. You must send the message and receive salon confirmation. Before treating an appointment as booked, agree the date, time, service, approximate duration, quote and any applicable terms. This website does not request or collect a payment.

3. Prices and assessment

Amounts are in United States dollars (USD). “From” prices are starting amounts, not a guaranteed individual quote. The price may vary with hair length, quantity and condition, the technique and necessary products. Confirm the final amount and whether applicable taxes are included before starting. Services marked “Ask for a quote” require assessment.

4. Rescheduling, cancellations and deposits

To change or cancel an appointment, contact the salon through WhatsApp and provide your name and agreed date. Ask in advance about punctuality, rescheduling, cancellation and payment methods. Any deposit, cancellation charge or specific restriction must be communicated and agreed before confirming the appointment or accepting a payment. This website does not impose an unpublished or unagreed cancellation deadline, deposit or penalty.

5. Information before a service

Explain your goal and relevant previous hair treatments to the salon for assessment. Hair condition may change the recommended technique, duration or result. Ask the salon directly how to communicate allergies or sensitive information needed for a service; do not put it in the public form. Ask about necessary conditions and authorizations for services for a minor.

6. Promotions

The previous website advertised 15% off for new clients. Confirm availability, included services, combination with other offers and current conditions when booking. Offers in older articles retain their publication dates and are not automatically current.

7. Shop and affiliate links

Shop presents products and opens the supplier’s website. The external seller handles price, availability, taxes, payment, delivery, returns and warranties for that purchase. Review its terms before buying and handle order issues with that seller. Aleliz Salon may earn a commission from certain affiliate links at no extra cost to you; this relationship is disclosed alongside products. This website has no shopping cart and does not process payment cards.

8. Photographs, testimonials and blog

Images and reviews illustrate particular styles and experiences; they do not guarantee identical results for everyone. Some photographs have quality improvements or extended backgrounds for this interface. The blog retains articles, comments and dates from the previous website. Its general advice does not replace an individual hair assessment or medical advice.

9. Permitted use and content ownership

Use contact channels for legitimate inquiries and do not send other people’s details without authorization, spam or unlawful content. Text, photographs, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Viewing the website does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use them without appropriate authorization. External links do not transfer rights over their content.

10. Availability and consumer rights

The salon may update information or correct website errors. If you notice a difference in price, availability or content, ask before contracting. These terms do not exclude warranties or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or replace specific terms you agreed for your appointment or purchase. Matters relating to services in Miami are handled under applicable Florida and United States law without removing other mandatory rights that may apply.

11. Privacy and updates

The privacy notice explains the form and external providers. Requesting an appointment does not automatically authorize advertising. Changes to these terms are reflected in the update date and do not retroactively change the terms of an appointment already agreed. Contact the salon to resolve questions before contracting.
