1. Who handles your information

This notice describes data use on the Aleliz Salon website and for appointment requests. The salon contact is Lisandra Fumero Ordaz at 7239 SW 24th St, Miami, FL 33155, United States. You can ask privacy questions through the contact channels at the end of this page.

2. Information you enter

To prepare an appointment request, we ask for your name, phone number, service and preferred date. Email and comments are optional. Use your own details or those of someone who has authorized you. Do not include payment cards, passwords, identity documents or medical information in the form.

3. What happens when you request an appointment

The form prepares the message in your browser. This website has no appointment-request database and does not send the form to a salon server. Clicking the button opens WhatsApp with your details included in a link; WhatsApp receives the information needed to open that message. You must continue in that app to send it. If you use an email link, your email provider is involved.

After you send the message, the salon receives and handles your details in that channel. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment: the salon must agree the date, time, service and terms with you.

4. Why information is used

Your inquiry details are used to answer you, assess your request, arrange the appointment and handle related changes or questions. Requesting an appointment does not automatically subscribe you to advertising, newsletters or campaigns. Commercial communications beyond handling your request require the appropriate authorization.

5. Technical data, cookies and browsing

Vercel hosting may process your IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser, device information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Infrastructure providers may use technical security mechanisms.

This website does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or advertising cookies. Fonts, images and video are served by the website. The appointment form does not save your details in localStorage or cookies. Your browser may retain fields through its own autofill feature.

The online shop uses local storage and essential cookies for the cart, favourites and, if you create a customer account, your session. Data from purchases, payments, accounts and the newsletter is explained in the Shop privacy policy, available in the Shop section.

6. External services and affiliate links

WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, social networks and product stores are external services. Opening them involves their providers and their own privacy policies and terms. They may process data in countries other than yours. Read their notices before using their services.

Some product links are affiliate links: Aleliz Salon may earn a commission from a purchase at no extra cost to you. This website does not process that purchase or receive your payment-card details. Those links do not include information you enter in the appointment form.

7. Data retention

The website does not maintain an archive of form requests. Sent messages remain in the channels used to assist you; retention depends on the need to handle the inquiry or service, applicable legal duties and provider policies. You can ask the salon about retaining or deleting your messages; that request cannot delete records another provider must manage separately.

8. Questions and requests about your data

You can ask about your information, request correction or deletion, and say that you do not want marketing communications. Requests are handled under applicable law, taking account of retention duties and other people’s rights. Proportionate verification may be needed to establish that a request comes from the relevant person. Do not send identity documents through this form.

To request review or removal of a published comment, testimonial or image, provide its link and explain your relationship to the content. The salon will assess the request and the relevant permissions or rights.

9. Comments, testimonials and images

The blog retains public comments from the previous website with public names and dates. Email addresses, IP addresses and private details are not displayed. This website does not offer a new public comment form. Private appointment requests are not published as testimonials. Some salon photographs have extended backgrounds or quality adjustments for presentation.

10. Minors

The form is intended for adults. A parent or authorized guardian should contact the salon about a service for a minor and confirm the terms directly. Do not submit identifying information about children under 13 through this form. If you become aware of such a submission, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.

11. Security and notice changes

The website uses HTTPS and limits data collection to the flow described. No channel can guarantee absolute security. An incident involving personal information must be handled under applicable law and the respective duties of providers and the salon.
