1. Information we collect
When you buy, create an account or contact us we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, support messages and shopping preferences.
We also process limited technical information to run the shop: IP address, browser, pages visited, access date and time, cart contents and preferences saved in cookies or local storage.
2. How we use it
We use information only for shop-related purposes:
- Processing orders, payments, confirmations, shipments, pickups, returns and refunds.
- Communicating with you about your purchase, availability, tracking or support.
- Managing your account, saved cart and order history.
- Preventing fraud, abuse and security issues.
- Meeting legal, accounting, tax and consumer-protection obligations.
- Improving the shop, the catalogue and our service.
3. Payments with Stripe
Payments are processed through Stripe, which receives and processes transaction, billing, payment method and fraud-prevention data. AlelizSalon neither receives nor stores your full card number or CVV. Processing is also governed by Stripe's policies.
4. Providers we work with
We do not sell personal data. We share the information needed with providers that help us run the shop, solely to deliver their service:
- Stripe (payments and catalogue products).
- Supabase (customer accounts, orders and shipping and email queues).
- Resend (order and newsletter emails).
- Carriers and shipping platforms such as UPS or Shippo (labels and tracking).
- Vercel (website hosting and image storage).
5. Newsletter
We only send the newsletter if you subscribe and confirm your email. Buying does not subscribe you. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We record delivery status, but not opens or clicks.
6. Cookies and local storage
The shop uses cookies and local storage for essential functions only: keeping your cart and favourites, your account session and the admin panel session. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can block cookies in your browser, although some shop features may stop working.
7. Retention
We keep information as long as needed to manage orders, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes and keep reasonable business records. Afterwards we delete it or keep it in a limited form.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or stop receiving marketing emails, by writing to salonaleliz@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have additional rights. If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct your data and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We'll respond to verifiable requests as required by law.
9. Security and children
We apply reasonable measures to protect information. No system is infallible, but we work with recognised providers and practices appropriate for an online shop.
The shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy for operational, legal or security reasons. The current version is published on this page with its date.
