1. Who sells
The online shop belongs to AlelizSalon (Lisandra Fumero Ordaz), 7239 SW 24th St, Miami, FL 33155, United States. By placing an order or completing a purchase you accept these terms, our Shop privacy policy, the Shipping, pickup & returns policy and the website's general Terms & conditions.
Third-party brands, trade names, brand imagery and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the products.
Some products are shown as recommendations and are bought from a third-party store (for example, Ybera Paris). In those cases AlelizSalon may act as an affiliate: the purchase, payment, shipping and returns are governed by that third party's terms.
2. Availability, pricing and taxes
Prices are in United States dollars (USD). Taxes, shipping and any applicable charges are calculated at checkout where relevant. We may correct typographical, pricing, availability or description errors before accepting or processing an order.
Availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we'll contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restock or cancel the order with a refund.
Salon service prices are independent of the shop and are confirmed at each appointment.
3. Orders and acceptance
An automatic confirmation does not mean the order has been definitively accepted. We may review orders for availability, security, fraud prevention, incomplete addresses or inconsistent information, and cancel or decline them with the corresponding refund.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. AlelizSalon does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or complete banking details. Stripe may process payment, billing and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and policies.
5. Shipping, pickup and returns
Timeframes and conditions are described in Shipping, pickup & returns. You must provide a correct address or collect your order at the salon within a reasonable time after being notified. Returns must meet the stated conditions, particularly for hair and personal care products, for hygiene reasons.
6. Customer accounts
Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
7. Use of the shop
You agree not to use the shop for fraudulent, illegal, abusive or automated activity, or for anything that affects its security or availability, and to provide truthful information when buying or requesting help.
8. Product information
We aim to show descriptions, prices, photos and availability accurately, but images may vary due to lighting, screens or manufacturer presentation changes. Product information is not a substitute for medical or dermatological advice. If you have allergies or sensitivities, check the manufacturer's ingredients before use and, if needed, ask at your appointment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AlelizSalon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the shop, carrier delays, incorrect use of products or third-party information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Governing law and contact
